Con un disco triple, el cuarteto alemán Tokio Hotel celebra su ascenso a la cima del rock mundial y hace un recuento de sus mayores éxitos hasta la fecha.
La colección llamada Best of incluye temas que los convirtieron en favoritos de adolescentes alrededor del planeta como Ready, Set Go!, Monsoon y Don’t Jump.
Como novedad vienen dos temas jamás publicados por la banda. Se trata de Hurricanes and Suns y Mädchen aus dem all. La primera sirve como sencillo promocional de esta colección.
El primer disco de este álbum contiene 18 sencillos en inglés, mientras que el segundo hace un repaso por su discografía en alemán, con canciones como Schrei y Automatisch, entre otras.
Completa la colección un tercer disco, en este caso un DVD con 18 de sus más creativos videos musicales, así como un detrás de cámaras de la producción de seis videos como Monsoon y Automatic.
De esta forma, los fanáticos de Tokio Hotel tendrán acceso a una detallada muestra del trabajo de la banda, el cual consiste de tres producciones en alemán y dos más en el idioma inglés.
Aunque el disco salió en mercados como el estadounidense y el alemán a finales del año pasado, es hasta ahora que hace su ingreso oficial en las tiendas del país.
Una década. Aunque el grupo hizo su debut discográfico en el 2005 con el álbum Schrei, su formación se remonta al año 2001, por lo que este año celebran diez años de su carrera musical.
Liderado por los hermanos gemelos Bill y Tom Kaulitz, y acompañados por el baterista Gustav Schäfer y el bajista Georg Listing, el grupo ha cosechado una legión de seguidores gracias a su estilo oscuro y la apariencia similar a la de un dibujo de animé de su cantante.
Los cuatro se conocieron después de una presentación que hicieron los hermanos Kaulitz en Alemania y decidieron unirse.
Al principio optaron por el nombre Devilish y captaron de inmediato la atención de Sony Music, lograron un contrato discográfico y empezaron a darle forma a su primer álbum, que nunca se publicó.
Tras romper su relación con la primera disquera volvieron a firmar, en esta ocasión con Universal Music y lanzaron Schrei (2005), el cual los convirtió en estrellas en su natal Alemania.
De inmediato trabajaron en su álbum sucesor Zimmer 483 (2007) y también su primer disco en inglés, Scream (2007), con el que ampliarían su rango de acción al resto del planeta. En el 2009, editaron Humanoid en inglés y alemán.

The first disc of this album contains 18 singles in English, while the second takes a review of their discography in German, with songs like Schrei and Automatisch, among others.
The collection is completed a third album, in this case is a DVD with 18 of their most creative music videos and a "Behind the scenes" of the production of six videos as Monsoon and Automatic.
In this way, fans of Tokio Hotel have access to a detailed sample of the band, which consists of three productions in German and two in the English language.
